Spirit of Holiness

"Gabriel answered, 'The Spirit of Holiness will fall upon you and Almighty God will spread His shadow over you in a cloud of Glory!'...Not one promise from God is empty of power, for nothing is impossible with God!'" Luke 1:35-38

The promises of God are indeed YES and AMEN! II Corinthians 1:20

Mary was overwhelmed that she had been chosen by God for such a holy undertaking. Anyone would be, right?

Gabriel explained what was about to happen and that her cousin Elizabeth was now 6 months along. The angel stated, "Nothing is impossible with God."

Mary's response was, "Behold the handmaiden of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word."

Mary went to visit her barren cousin. She saw for herself that Elizabeth was indeed pregnant and included as part of God's overall plan.

Signs and wonders!

Picture these women and their husbands, especially in the times they lived with no social media or mobile-phones. These were unprecedented, mind-blowing circumstances.

God may give you assignments that you don't understand. Learn from Mary's example.
