How long has it been since you made a date with God? Time spent just enjoying hanging out with no agenda?
We tend to be such creatures of habit. We go to church, read our Bible, pray, worship…etc. go through all the right motions.
Yet, often, it becomes routine and just another thing to check off our ToDo list.
Making a date with the Lord just to be with Him and enjoy each other’s company is often a rare occurrence in our hectic lives.
The rewards of that date time with Him cannot be measured. It’s invaluable, priceless!
Take time to plan a date with God. Enjoy Him. Be with Him, fully present. Converse as you would with a beloved.
Ahhhh! Sweet! Nothing satisfies like Jesus.
